Andy Rivas is a mastering engineer and music producer with over 25 years of experience in music production, bringing a deeply hands-on, self-taught approach to his craft. Throughout his career, Andy has collaborated on projects spanning local, national, and internationally recognized artists across a wide range of genres. Through his close collaboration and mentorship under Vlado Meller, Andy has developed and refined a mastering philosophy rooted in the precision, musicality, and sonic excellence that have defined Vlado’s legendary career. His recent work includes projects ranging from stereo masters for Celine Dion to Dolby Atmos mastering on five albums from Michael Jackson’s catalog. As Chief Mastering Engineer at Truphonic Mastering, Andy now leads the studio’s next chapter, carrying forward its commitment to world-class mastering while building on the legacy and standards established alongside Vlado.
